Prepare Cheque / Demand Draft favouring "eXample India" and deposit at nearest Branch / ATM Drop box

3. Payment by Credit or Debit Card

If you are not familiar with the procedure for initiating online/electronic fund transfer (NEFT), please speak to your bank representative to obtain necessary clarifications prior to instructing electronic fund transfer.

Inter-bank Fund transfer (NEFT) services are offered free of cost by most Indian banks

Please make sure that you enter (and verify) the Beneficiary account number and Beneficiary Branch Code so that the funds reach the correct account. This will enable us to confirm your registration at the earliest possible.

Cancellation Policy

eXampleCG shall NEVER cancel, postpone or reschedule our programs once announced. Our programs will ALWAYS be conducted as per schedule, WHATEVER be the number of participants enrolled!! This is a 100% COMMITMENT we provide and adhere strictly in all our public workshops.

However, in case any participant wishes to cancel their registration due to personal / official reasons, they should intimate eXampleCG via E-mail atleast TWO WEEKS prior to program start date. The intimation mail should contain Participant Name, Program Registered, Program City, Contact number and Reason for cancellation. In such a case, FULL refund shall be provided (except for Credit / Debit card bookings where 7.5% of program fee shall be deducted towards Card processing charges)

4. Cancellation Charges (for participant cancellations - inside two weeks to program start).

  • For seats booked through Cheque/Demand Draft/Internet (Web) Banking Transfer/Wire-Transfer/Cash Payments
    Cancellation amount of INR 1000 shall be deducted and the remaining amount refunded within two weeks. Alternatively, the participant can opt to switch to the next program in the same or any other city where it is conducted on payment of a switch fee of INR 750 plus fee difference (if
    applicable).
  • For seats booked through Credit Card or Debit Card Payments
    Cancellation amount of INR 1000 plus 7.5% of program fee (towards Credit Card processing charges) shall be deducted and the remaining amount refunded within two weeks. Alternatively, the participant can opt to switch to the next program in the same city or any other city where we
    conduct the program on payment of a switch fee of INR 750 plus fee difference (if applicable).
